摘要
简要介绍了半主动、全主动及慢全主动汽车悬架系统的性能和目前应用情况。以丰田公司生产的凌志LS400型轿车的悬架为例,详细分析了目前在高档轿车上应用较多的半主动电子控制悬架的结构和工作原理,以及该系统的故障自诊功能和失效保护功能。
The performaces and current applications of semiactive,fully active and slow active automotive suspension systems are briefly introduced in this paper.Taking the Toyota Lexus LS400 car,suspension system as an example,the structure and working principle of semiactive electroniccontrolled suspension systems which are more applicable in current luxurious cars are analyzed in detail.The selfdiagnosis functions and fail protection functions of this electroniccontrolled suspension system are also analyzed.
