面孔识别中梭状回视觉加工的脑功能成像研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨面孔识别中,梭状回视觉加工的基本功能。材料和方法:12位大学生对图片进行名人-非名人和男-女性别判断,以功能磁共振采集数据,AFNI软件处理数据。统计方法,首先画感兴趣区,计算个体感兴趣区的脑激活,用ANOVA和t-test进行组分析。结果:名人判断或性别判断都明显激活了梭状回,对左右侧分刖进行名人与性别的差异性检验,差异性均未达到显著性水平。结论:梭状回不区分名人与非名人,不区分男女性别,激活取决于刺激的物理属性,如新颖程度、鲜明性等客观因素,其功能可能是非特异性的。 Purpose: To study the basic function of the visual processing of fusiform gyrus in face perception.Materials and Methods: We requried twelve college students to judge the pictures of famous people or non - famous people and the gender of the face. All the datas were summaried by fMRI and processed by the soft of AFNI. Results: No matter to make the identity or gender judgement, fusiform gyrus were activated. However, the volume of the activation and center coordinate were just little difference. Conclusion: The activation of fusiform gyrus were due to physical property of the stimulatives, such as the novelty and trenchancy, but not the content of the material .
