摘要
在分析国内外汽车质心位置测试方法的基础上,介绍了采用质量反应法测定汽车质心位置的试验方法,并对测试中的主要影响因素进行了理论分析和试验研究。结果表明,采用质量反应法测定汽车质心位置是完全可行的。在测试过程中,适当增大汽车吊起角度、尽量减少质量转移量的测试误差是提高汽车质心位置测试精度的关键所在。
On the basis of analyzing the measuring and test methods for center of gravity of motor vehicles both domestic and abroad,the test method for measuring the center of gravity position of motor vehicle by using the mass reaction method is introduced in this paper,the main affected factors in the measuring and test work are analyzed theoretically,tested and studied. The results show that measuring the center of gravity position of motor vehicle by using the mass reaction method is undoubtedly applicable. The critical point in the measuring processes is to pay more attention for enlarging moderately the sling angle of motor vehicle and reducing as much as possible the measuring error of mass transfer amount in order to improve the measuring accuracy of the center of gravity position of motor vehicle.
