Application of Automatic Measuring Technique in Honing

阐述了用于珩磨的自动测量系统的基本组成和工作原理,另外,从技术发展的角度出发,对现代自动测量技术在珩磨加工中的实际应用进行了分析;指出了珩磨自动测量是实现加工过程自动化的一个重要环节,对提高生产率、减轻劳动强度、降低废品率有十分显著的作用。

Basic constituent and working principle of automatic measuring system applied in honing are set forth in this article. The practical application of modern automatic measuring technique in honing process is analyzed from the point of view of technical development. The paper also points out that automatic measurement in honing is an important link to realize automation of processing procedure ,which has a very remarkable effect for raising productivity, reducing labour intensity and lowering scrap.
