摘要
基于实训教学、企业培训、社会培训、职业鉴定等功能定位,国家级高职数控技术示范性实训基地的设备配置要保证满足培养核心能力的基本要求;对接市场需求,优先采用主流数控系统;发挥仿真系统功效,缓解设备数量缺口;依托校外基地,实现大型设备共享;合理安排班次,提高设备利用效率。另外,还应推行数控技术专业教研室与数控实训中心一体化的管理机制,实行理论、实践一体化的工学结合运行模式。
Based on the function orientation of practice teaching, corporation training, social training and employment identification, equipment allocation of national demonstration practical training base of Numerical Control technology of higher vocational education should ensure the basic equipment and cultivate core abilities; reply to market demand and give priority to the use of mainstream NC system; exert the effectiveness of simulation system and ease the gaps of equipment amount; rely on external base to realize large equipment sharing; improve equipment utilization efficiency by reasonable arrangement. In addition, the integration management mechanism of NC professional studio and NC training centre should be introduced and the operation model of theory-practice integration should be implemented.
