摘要 以辣根为实验材料,研究不同浓度的Tb(Ⅲ)对辣根过氧化物酶(HRP)、辣根超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢(H2O2)的影响,结果表明,低浓度Tb(Ⅲ)对辣根的生长有一定的刺激作用,高浓度Tb(Ⅲ)则对辣根生长有抑制作用。表现为,随着Tb(Ⅲ)浓度的增加,HRP和SOD酶活先增高,后减小;H2O2含量先减少后增加。最适浓度处HRP活性增加了5.3%,SOD活性增加了33.36%,H2O2含量减少了11.68%。低浓度Tb(Ⅲ)不能显著提高辣根抗逆性,Tb(Ⅲ)对辣根的作用主要表现为毒理效应。 Effects of terbium(Ⅲ ) on horseradish peroxidase(HRP), superoxide dismutase(SOD) and hydrogen peroxide(H2O2) of horseradish were studied in this experiment, the results showed that the growth of horseradish could be improved by low concentra- tion terbium( Ⅲ) and restrained by high concentration. With increasing of Tb( Ⅲ ) concentration,SOD and HRP activity increased at first, then declined, and the content of H2O2 first declined, then increased. At the optimum concentration of Tb( Ⅲ), HRP activity increased by 5.3 %, SOD activity increased by 33.36% and H2O2content declined by 11.68%. Low concentration of terbium( Ⅲ ) can not improve the stress resistance of horseradish prominently.The main effect of terbium( Ⅲ ) on horseradish is ecotoxicological effect.
