稀土在真丝织物低温染色中的应用研究 被引量:6

摘要 用正交设计实验法对弱酸性染料真丝绸染色中加入氯化稀土的新染色方法进行了研究,确定了其主要工艺参数。实验表明,新方法可在较低温度80℃下进行,且提高染料上染率10%,染色用助剂减少一半以上。加入氯化稀土后使织物的水洗牢度有所提高,并可减轻灰伤病疵。 New dyeing technology which adds rare earth chloride to acid dyes in silk - dyeing is studied by orthogonal experimental design method. The main technological parameters are established. The relationship between the temperature of dyeing and pH of dye bath and dosage of dyeing auxiliaries is discussed. The results of experiments show that the new method can be carried out in lower temperature than conventional method, dosage of dyeing auxiliaries is less half than conventional method , dye - uptake can be enhanced 10%, fabric has higher washing fasmess, and has lower fault of ashinjured.
