TFA-MOD技术制备YBCO涂层导体影响因素研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用三氟乙酸盐-金属有机物沉积法(trifluoroacetic acid-metal organic deposition,TFA-MOD)制备YB-CO带材,不需要真空系统,成本低,是近年来制备YBCO涂层导体研究的热点之一。对采用TFA-MOD技术制备YBCO涂层导体中的工艺做了较为系统的介绍,包括制备前驱物溶液、涂敷、低温烧结、高温烧结等环节,分析了加热温度,升温速率,水分压等参数的影响。并且讨论了如何从工艺环节提高YBCO涂层导体的性能。 Metal organic deposition of YBCO using trifluoroacetates (TFA- MOD) is one of the attractive methods because it doesn't need vacuum system and complicated equipments. Every steps for preparation of YBCO such as synthesizing the solution, coating, calcining and firing were introduced. The influences of some processing parameters, such as temperature, heating rate and water pressure were analyzed. The ways to improve the property of YBCO from the aspect of technology were discussed.
