稀土镍铜合金铸铁耐碱腐蚀性能的测定与分析 被引量:3

摘要 采用静态和动态失重法分别测定稀土镍铜合金铸铁在室温和高温浓碱液中的腐蚀速度。结果表明,在动态腐蚀条件下,随着碱液浓度的增加,合金铸铁的腐蚀倾向加剧,尤其高浓度区域较为显著;在静态腐蚀条件下,各成分稀土镍铜合金铸铁的腐蚀速度均较低,表现出较好的耐碱蚀性能;高温流动碱液使稀土镍铜合金铸铁的腐蚀速度加快,耐碱蚀性降低。 The corrosion rate of RE-Ni-Cu alloy cast iron in room- temperature and hot concentrated alkaline solution was measured by the static and dynamic hydrometer methods. The results show that under the Conditions of dynamic corrosion, with the concentration of alkaline solution increased, the corrosion trends of alloy cast iron are aggravated, especially in highly concentrated area; under the conditions of static corrosion, the corrosion speeds of all alloy cast iron are lower, indicating that the caustic corrosion resistance is better; corrosion speed of alloy cast iron are quickened by high temperature flow alkaline solution.
