摘要
自动化管理系统是油库改造的主流方向,文章介绍了一种可适应低温特殊环境属性的RTU控制发油系统,可以保证北方冬天油库正常运营。文章中对RTU控制器原理和系统结构进行详细论述,对控制系统的硬件和软件分别进行了设计实现。采用分散式控制方式可以有效减小油库整体事故的发生概率,提高了油库发油的质量和效率,并且方便实现油库日后的扩建。
The automation management system is the mainly direction in oil depot transformation. In order to adapt the special lower temperature in winter in northern area, the need of RTU control system is necessary. This paper expounds the principle of the RTU controller and the structure of system, which designs the hardware and software for the controlled system. The distribute control system can effectively cut down large accident in oil depot. It can enhance the quality of service and promote efficiency, it also convenient for the oil depot extension in the future.
