紫外分光光度法快速分析40%辛硫磷乳油中的辛硫磷

摘要 [目的]探讨用紫外分光光度法分析40%辛硫磷乳油中辛硫磷含量的可行性。[方法]以290nm作为工作波长,测定稀释7倍的试样溶液,获得辛硫磷乳油中的辛硫磷含量。[结果]该方法回收率为90%~110%,与国标法测定结果差值在1%之内。[结论]紫外分光光度法快速、准确、简单,可作为基层生产单位分析辛硫磷乳油的参考方法。 [ Objective] The research aimed to investigate the feasibility of determining phoxim in 40% phoxim E. C using UV spectrophotometry. [ Method]At the 290 nm wavelength, the sample solution diluted by 7 times was determined, then phoxim in phoxlm E. C was be obtained. [ Result]In this method, the rate of recovery reached 90% - 110%, therefore, the difference of results between with this method and with GB method was about 1%. [ Conclusion] With fast, accurate, and simple advantages, UV spectrophotometry method can be applied as reference methods by factories.
