摘要 [目的]研究Pb2+、Cd2+及其复合处理对云和雪梨树苗生理生化指标的影响,为种苗生产提供参考。[方法]采用因子分析法,研究Pb2+、Cd2+及其复合污染对云和雪梨苗生理机能的影响。[结果]Pb2+、Cd2+污染抑制树苗的生长,影响梨苗叶绿素的含量,抑制超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性,提高梨苗丙二醛(MDA)和可溶性蛋白质含量,刺激谷胱甘肽(GSH)合成,Pb2+、Cd2+之间的相互作用复杂。[结论]Pb2+、Cd2+污染云和雪梨苗,抑制叶绿素的合成,增强超养阴离子自由基(O2-.)对植株的毒害性,使膜脂过氧化损伤程度高,受重金属污染植株启动保护酶系统,以增强植株的抗氧化性。Pb2+、Cd2+相互作用机制复杂。 [ Objective ] The research aimed to study the effects of calcium ions(Pb^2+ ) and plumbum ions( Cd^2+ ) on the physiological and biochemical indices of seedling trees of Yunhe Snow Pear to provide references for produce of Yunhe Snow Pear. [Method] By using factor analysis method, the effects of Pb^2+ , Cd^2+ on physiology of seedling trees of Yunhe Snow Pear were studied. [ Result] The results showed that Pb^2+ , Cd^2+ restrained the growth of seedling trees, influenced the content of chlorophyll, restrained the activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD), enhanced the content of malondialdehyde (MDA) and the soluble protein, stimulated the chemosynthcsis of glutathione. The interaction of Pb^2+ , Cd^2+ were complex. [ Conclusion] After seedling trees of Yunhe Snow Pear were polluted by Pb^2+ , Cd^2+ , synthesis of chlorophyll was restrained, toxic effect of Pb^2+ , Cd^2+ on seedling trees was intensified, membrane lipid peroxidation damage was increased. And the protective enzymes system start-up of polluted seedling trees enhanced antioxidative enzymes activities of seedling trees. The interaction mechanism of Pb^2+ , Cd^2+ were complex.
