摘要
[目的]了解垃圾渗滤液作培养液时草木樨种子的发芽情况。[方法]将取自调节池和氧化沟的渗滤液稀释成强度为原液、50%、33%、25%、20%溶液用于发芽试验,观察草木樨种子的发芽情况。[结果]随着调节池渗滤液稀释强度的减小,草木樨种子的发芽势、发芽指数和活力指数增加,稀释强度为33%时发芽率最高,达96.7%。氧化沟渗滤液作培养液时可促进草木樨种子萌发,提高种子的发芽指数和活力指数。氧化沟渗滤液作培养液时,草木樨种子的发芽势略高于调节池渗滤液,调节池渗滤液对种子活力指数的影响比氧化沟渗滤液大,后续试验选用调节池渗滤液进行灌溉。[结论]渗滤液原液具有强烈的毒害作用,经过稀释后,草木樨种子都能发芽。
[ Objective ] The aim was to know about the germinating status of Melilotus suaveolens Ledeb (M. S. Ledeb) seeds when the landfill leachate was used as culture medium. [ Method] The leachate taken from the regulating-pool and oxidation ditch was diluted into the intensity of stock solution, 50%, 33%, 25% and 20% of solution was used for germination test to observe the germinating state of M. S. Ledeb seeds. [Result] The germinating energy, germinating index and vigor index of M. S. Ledeb seeds increased with the decrease of dilution intensity of leachate in regnlating-pool, the gemai nation rate was the highest of 96.7% when dilution intensity was 33%. When the leachate from oxidation ditch was used as culture medium, the seeds of M.S. Ledeb could be promoted to germination, germinating index and vigor index of seeds enhanced. When the leachate from oxidation ditch was used as culture medium, the germinating energy was slightly higher than that of the leachate in regulating-pool, the effect of leachate in regulating-pool on seed vigor index was greater than that of the leachate of oxidation ditch, and the leactrate of regulating-pool was chosen for irrigation in subsequent experiment. [Conclusion] The leachate stock solution had strong poisoning effect, and all the M. S. Ledeb seeds could germinate after dilution.
