苗期冬小麦对紫外线B耐性的评价 被引量:1

Assessment on Resistances of Several Winter Wheat Cultivars to Ultraviolet-B (UVB) Enhancement

摘要 [目的]研究UVB对作物的影响,评价作物对UVB辐射增强的耐性。[方法]通过株高、叶色、鲜重及干重4项指标,比较了12种冬小麦幼苗期对UVB辐射增强的反应。[结果]各品种(品系)、各指标对UVB辐射的反应不同,有的表现为抑制,有的表现为促进。UVB处理使7个供试材料的株高增加,5个供试材料的株高降低;UVB处理对叶色的作用效果均表现为抑制;UVB处理抑制了除济南17以外的11个供试材料的鲜重,抑制了除济南17和聊0401以外的10个供试材料的干重。[结论]以干重为评价指标,对12个供试材料进行比较,耐性强弱依次为济南17>聊0401>天y9220>阳980741>晋麦54>太633>B98131-14-5>北京841>遗4060>石511>百农93102>石新768。 [ Objective] The research aimed to explore the influence of UVB on crops and evaluate the tolerance of different euhivars to UVB enhancement. [ Method] By plant height, leaf color,fresh weight and dry weight,the different resistances to UVB enhancement of 12 wheat cultivars at seedling stage were assessed. [ Result] Different cultivar had different response to UVB enhancement. With UVB treatment, the heights of seven cultivars increased, while those of the other five cuhivars decreased. The leaf eolors of all cultivars were inhibited. Exeept Jian17, the other 11 cultivars' flesh weight decreased. The dry weights of the 10 cuhivars,except those of Jian17 and Lia0401, were decreased. [ Conclusion]By dry weight index,the descending order of the 12 eultivars' resistances to UVB enbancemeut was Jinan17 〉 Liao 0401 〉 Tian 30220 〉 Yang 980741 〉 Jinmai 54 〉 Tai 633 〉 B98131-14-5 〉 Beijing 841 〉 Yi 4060〉 Shi 511 〉 Bainong 93102 〉 Shixin 768.
