摘要
[目的]研究曼地亚红豆杉扦插育苗的成活率,为曼地亚红豆杉扦插育苗提供参考。[方法]以5年生曼地亚红豆杉当年生枝条为插穗,6月下旬进行扦插,对不同扦插因子如覆膜与否、基质种类、穗条直径进行对比试验。[结果]其他条件相同的前提下,直径在0.3cm以上的粗壮穗条在细黄沙床面、裸床条件下扦插,成活率最高,达90%以上。[结论]为保证曼地亚红豆杉较高的扦插成活率,应选择保水透气性好的材料作为基质,以主侧枝的顶梢粗壮枝条作为穗条,并控制适宜的扦插环境温度及空气湿度。
[ Objective ] The research aimed to study the survival rate of cutting, providing the reference for Taxus media cuttings of growing seedlings. [ Method] The newly sprouted branches of 5-year Taxus media trees were used as cuttings. They were grown in later June, and different treatments of plastic film covering, media type and diameter, and their survival rate were contrasted. [Result] The results showed that their survival rate could reach over 90% when thick and sturdy branches were grown in tiny sand beds without plastic film covering. [ Conclusion] In order to get higher survival rate of Taxus media cuttings, the media should have better water conserving capacity and air permeability, the cuttings should be the sturdy sprouts from the main branches, and the temperature and humidity should be maintained suitable.
