鸡钙蛋白酶及其基因的分子生物学研究进展

摘要 钙蛋白酶是与肉质性紧密相关的一个候选基因,对鸡的钙蛋白酶及相关基因的分子生物特性及其与一些性状的相关性的研究进展进行了综述。 Calpain is an ideal candidate gene closely related with meat quality. The research progresses on the tuoleeular biological characteristics of chicken ealpain and its gene and the relativities among some traits were stun up.
