诱食剂对羔羊采食性·生产性能及营养物质消化率的影响

Effects of Feeding Attractant on Intake,Performance and Digestibility of Nutrient Substance in Lambs

[目的]探讨在补饲颗粒料中添加诱食剂对羔羊采食性、生产性能及营养物质消化率的影响。[方法]试验采用单因子随机分组设计,将24只13日龄健康无病、体重相近的萨能奶山羊公羔随机分为A、B、C、D4个处理组,每个处理组6个重复。处理组A为对照组,基础补饲料;处理组B为基础补饲料+蔗糖3%;处理组C为基础补饲料+蔗糖3%+奶味香精1.0 g/kg;处理组D为基础补饲料+蔗糖3%+草莓香精1.0 g/kg。[结果]试验结果表明,处理组B、C和D的采食量和日增重分别比处理组A高4.82(3.48%)、15.13(10.94%)、18.06g(13.05%)和21.95(17.47%)、49.77(39.61%)、54.97 g(43.75%)。处理组B、C和D的干物质、粗蛋白含量和总能的表观消化率分别比处理组A高1.89%、9.09%、10.20%和4.65%、6.35%、6.74%和0.87%、7.67%、6.69%。[结论]处理组D,基础补饲料+蔗糖3%+草莓香精1.0 g/kg更有效地提高了羔羊的采食量、平均日增重、饲料转化效率及日粮中各主要营养成分的表观消化率。

[ Objective] The research aimed to discuss the effects of feeding attractant added in supplemental feed on intake, performance and digestibility of nutrient substance in Iambs. [ Method] In the single factor random grouping test, 13 day-old healthy, weight similar male Xinong Saanen Iambs were selected, were randomiy divided into 4 treatments of A, B, C and D with 6 duplications per treatment. Group A was control group, fed with basic supplemental feed. Group B was fed with basic supplemental feed added 3% cane sugar. Group C was fed with basic supplemental added 3% cane sugar and milk tasted flavor 1.0 g/kg. Group D was fed with basic supplemental added 3 % cane sugar and strawberry tasted flavor 1.0 g/kg. [ Result] The results showed that the intake and average daily gain of B, C and D groups were higher than group A 4.82（3.48 % ）, 15.13（ 10.94% ）, 18.06 g（ 13.05 % ）and 21.95 （ 17.47 % ）, 49.77 （ 39.61% ）, 54.97 g（43.75 % ）. The dry matter, crude pretein, total energy digestibility of B, C and D groups were higher than group A 1.89%, 9.09%, 10.20% and 4.65%, 6.35%, 6.74% and 0.87%, 7.67%, 6.69%. [Conclusion] Group D was more effective to im- proved intake, average daily gain, feed conversion rate and the apparent digestibility of nutrient substance of diet, which was fed with basic supplemental added 3% cane sugar and strawberry tasted flavor 1.0 g/kg.
