摘要 [目的]探讨秤锤树叶的逐级提取物的抑菌作用。[方法]采用试管稀释法测定秤锤树叶的各级提取物一总浸液、正丁醇萃取液、乙酸乙酯提取液对各试验菌的最小抑菌浓度(MIC)。[结果]各级提取物对试验菌分别有不同程度的抑菌作用,其中对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌作用最为明显;各提取物的抑菌强度依次为:乙酸乙酯萃取液(对4种实验菌均明显抑制:MIC≤31 mg/ml)、正丁醇萃取液(金黄色葡萄球菌:MIC≤62 mg/ml、其余3种菌的MIC相似:MIC≤125)、总浸液(仅对金黄色葡萄球菌抑制明显:MIC=125 mg/ml)。[结论]秤锤树叶的乙酸乙酯提取物具有广谱抗茵作用,其逐级提取物富集的抑茵活性逐级增强。 [ Objective] The research aimed to study the bacteriostatic action of the stepwise extracts from Sinojackia sarcocarpa. [ Method] The minimal inhibitory concentration ( MIC)of the stepwise extracts including total immersion liquid, n-butanol extract liquid and ethyl acetate extract liquid from S. sarcocarpa was determined by tube dilution method. [ Result] The stepwise extracts had different bacteriostatic action on test bacteria. Its bacteriostatic action on Staphylococcus aureus was the most obvious. The bacteriostatic intensity of each extract was in order as follows: ethyl acetate extract liquid, n- butanol extract liquid and total immersion liquid. Ethyl acetate extract liquid all had the obvious inhibition with MIC ≤ 31 mg/ml. MIC of n-butanol extract liquid to S. aureus was equal to or less than 62 mg/ml and that to other three bacteria were equal to or less than 125 mg/ml. Total immersion liquid only had obvious inhibition to S. aureus. [ Conclusion ] Ethyl acetate extract liquid from S. sarcocarpa had broad- spectrum bacteriostafic action and the accumulative inhibitory activity of its stepwise extracts was strengthened gradually.
