白僵菌超低容量悬浮剂的研制

摘要 [目的]研制高效、环保、用于超低容量喷雾的白僵菌悬浮剂。[方法]从6种溶剂中筛选出1种溶剂和2种复配溶剂作为白僵菌的溶剂,从9种助悬剂中筛选出性能最好的ZX6号助悬剂,配制出用于超低容量喷雾的白僵菌悬浮剂,测定其低温相溶性。[结果]助悬剂对白僵菌悬浮剂的悬浮性、再悬浮性有影响,对毒力的稳定性、闪点、挥发性、低温相溶性基本没有影响,而溶剂的选择对剂型的配制有极大的关系。复配溶剂1+ZX6号助悬剂制成的样品,-5℃存放120 h后分层,在挥发性、闪点、粘度和低温存放等性状及成本上有显著优势,是最佳选择。[结论]该研究为开发粘度低、价格低廉的白僵菌悬浮剂提供了依据。 [ Objective ] The study aimed to develop Beauveria bassiaria suspension concentrate with high effectivity, environmental protection, ultra low volume (ULV) spay. [ Method] One solvent and two mixed solvents screened from 6 solvents were taken as the solvent of Beauveria bassiana and the No. 6 suspending agent with the best performance screened from 9 suspending agents were taken as suspending agent to prepare ULV spay Beauveria bassiana suspension concentrate. Its solubility in low temperature was detected. [ Result ] Suspending agent had the inflnence on the suspensibility and further suspensibility of Beauveria bassiana suspension concentrate, and it had almost no influence on the toxicity stability, flash point, volatility, solubility in low temperature, The solvent selection had great relation with the preparation of formulation. The sample prepared by mixed solvent 1 plus suspending agent 6 and layered after storing 120 h at - 5 ℃ had remarkable advantages in the cost and the characters such as volatility, flash point, viscosity, and storage in low temperature, so it was a optimum selection. [ Conclusion] The study provided the reference for developing Beauveria bassiana suspension concentrate with low viscosity and price.
