摘要
保利国际广场是带斜撑的超高框架-剪力墙结构体系,属于不规则的结构。采用静力弹塑性分析法对结构在地震作用下的受力特点进行了全过程分析。计算结果表明,结构在小震作用下,所有构件未屈服,最大层间变形为1/1250;结构在大震作用下,有一部分杆件已经屈服,最大层间变形为1/155,满足规范规定的变形要求,但部分边角部位的墙和柱出现拉力,应采取必要的抗震措施予以加强。
The Poly Pazhou complex is a high-rise frame-shear wall building with diagonal steel brace. It belongs to irregular building. A static nonlinear analysis is conducted on the building. As shown by results, under frequent earthquake, all members are in elastic stage and structural maximum story drift is 1/1 250; under rare earthquake, some members are yielded and the maximum story drift is 1/155 which can satisfy deformation demands of design code. The axial forces of some comer columns and walls are tensile under rare earthquake, so some seismic fortification measures should be taken to strengthen the structure in design.
