摘要
台商大厦主楼高289m,为高度超限的钢框架-混凝土核心筒组合结构,为了弥补自身刚度的不足,利用建筑避难层,沿高度方向设置了三道加强层。介绍了方案选择的过程、三水准的设计思路及具体分析方法。重点研究了加强层的设置对于结构的影响以及动力弹塑性分析方法在结构方案优化过程中的应用。设置有限刚度的加强层,对于结构抗震性能无明显不利影响。中上部为整个结构的薄弱部位,应相应加强,通过提高剪力墙抗弯承载力和延性改善结构抗震性能,最后提出了超限设计措施。
Taiwan Business Association Tower is an ultra-limit composite structure. Three stories with outriggers and belt members are used to enhance the stiffness of the structure, The selection of structural themes and seismic design method are introduced. The influence of strengthening stories on the structure and application of elastic-plastic time history analysis in the optimization of structural design are researched. It is shown that the strengthening stories with proper stiffness have no harm to the behavior of the structure. The upper part which is the weak part have to be strengthened. Then, corresponding ultra-limit design instructions are proposed for the building.
