摘要
信息产业部万寿路机关办公楼为一栋18层的较高标准的综合办公楼,地上采用钢框架+偏心支撑结构体系,地下采用钢筋混凝土框架-剪力墙结构。重点介绍偏心支撑框架结构设计及转换钢桁架按中震不屈服设计的情况。多个结构设计软件的比较分析及静力弹塑性补充计算表明,工程各项计算指标均符合规范要求。
Wanshou Road Office Building of Ministry of Industry and Information Technology is a 18-story comprehensive office building with high standards. We used steel frame with eccentric bracing structure system in the aboveground, and reinforced concrete frame-sharewall structure in the underground. It focuses on introducing eeeentrically braced frame structure design and transition of trussed-steel frame in which it doesn't yield in mid-size seism/seismic center. According to comparative analysis of calculation results in many different structure design software and supplementary calculation of elastic-plastic, every calculation indicator of the building is in line with regulatory requirements.
