摘要
采用混凝沉淀—ABR—接触氧化工艺处理纱线染整废水,并对工艺单元的特点和运行情况进行了分析。运行结果表明,混凝沉淀池对CODCr和色度的去除率分别为50.5%和76.9%;ABR和接触氧化池的容积负荷分别为0.73kgCODCr/(m3.d)和0.43kgCODCr/(m3.d);处理后出水CODCr<85.5mg/L,色度<40倍,系统对CODCr、BOD5、SS、色度和硫化物的平均去除率分别为89.8%、92.1%、82.8%、95.2%和99.2%。
A process integrating coagulation sedimentation, anaerobic baffled reactor and contact oxidation was employed for the treatment of yarn dyeing wastewater. The characteristics and operation of the processing units were analyzed. The results showed that removing rates for CCODCr and colourity in the coagulation sedimentation tank were 50. 5% and 76. 9% respectively. The loading CODer volume of the anaerobic baffled reactor and that of the contact oxidation tank were 0. 73 kgCODCr/(m^3·d) and 0.43 kgCODCr/(m^3·d) respectively. The concentration of CODer in the effluent was under 85. 5 rag/L, and the colourity was less than 40 times. The system brought about an average removal rate of 89.8% for CODer, 92.1% for BOD5, 82.8% for SS, 95.2% for colourity, and 99.2% for sulfides.
