摘要
供水管道泄漏时产生泄漏声波,根据泄漏声波到达安装在管道上的两个传感器的时间差,可以估计出泄漏位置。泄漏声波在管道中的传播速度与管道材料、内径和壁厚等有关。当泄漏发生在由不同类型管道组成的管段上时,用平均声速计算泄漏位置会增大定位的不确定度。借助于供水管网信息化提供的地下管线详实信息,根据各段管道的长度和声速可以更准确地估计出泄漏位置。介绍了异型管段泄漏定位的计算方法,给出一个检测实例和算法的流程。
Leakage of a water supply pipe generates noises. Therefore, it is possible to locate the position of leakage by comparing the difference of the time that two sensors installed at different access points of the pipeline detect the sound source. The velocity of sound traveling in the pipe water depends mainly on the material, internal diameter and wall thickness of the pipe. When leakage takes place in a segment made up of different types of pipe, using the average velocity of sound could increase the uncertainty of location. However, taking advantage of the digitalized information of water supply network, the position of a leak could be located more accurately by using the length of each segment and the velocity of sound. This study not only introduces the calculating method of locating, but also presents an example illustrating the flow chart of algorithm.
