摘要
采用磷酸化试剂五氧化二磷与聚烯烃类磁带粘合剂氯乙烯-醋酸乙烯-乙烯醇共聚树脂反应,得到磷酸化改性树脂,以改进共聚树脂对磁粉粒子的分散性能。考察了改性树脂的制备方法,及原树脂和改性树脂对磁粉的分散性能、物理机械性能与相容性等特性,并比较了二者间的差异。
Vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate-vinyl alcohol terpolymer has been previously utilized in magnetic recording media. It can be modified by a method that the terpolymer is reacted with phosphorylating agent. The product has excellent dispersion characteristic to the magnetic powder in a binder. This article discloses the reacting method of the phosphorylated terpolymer、the dispersion characteristics、the tensile strength and the tensile strain of the starting terpolymer and the phosphorylated terpolymer.
