摘要
国际互联网Ｉｎｔｅｒｎｅｔ上最为流行及普遍的应用之一就是Ｕｓｅｎｅｔ。本文从Ｕｓｅｎｅｔ的定义入手，首先介绍了Ｕｓｅｎｅｔ的基本概念、相关协议及构成；然后谈到了如何创建一个新的讨论组；最后给出了一篇讨论文章的具体格式及示例。
SNET is an applied software of INTERNET.Using the Usenet,you could join with anyone newsgroup in the world.First,this paper introduces the idea,protocols and construction of Usenet;then,discusses how to set up a new Newsgroup;and at last gives a newspaper's specified form and an instance.
