汉族人群DNA酶Ⅰ型多态性调查分析

Study on Polymorphism of DNase Ⅰ in Han Population

调查了武汉地区汉族无关个体２８５例，应用超薄层ＰＡＧ等电聚焦技术对人血清作了ＤＮａｓｅⅠ型，获得了汉族人群ＤＮａｓｅⅠ型频率分布、位点杂合度、个人识别能力和非父排除率，并对ＤＮａｓｅⅠ型的法医学应用作了讨论．．

Human serum DNase Ⅰ of 285 unrelated Han's individuals were typed by ultrathin layer PAGIEF. Alleles DNase Ⅰ*1 and DNase Ⅰ*2 were detected, allele frequencies of DNase Ⅰ*1 and DNase Ⅰ*2 were 0.4491 and 0.5509 respectively. The D p and P E were calculated in this paper. The application of DNase Ⅰ polymorphis in forensic individual discreminating was discussed.
