Human serum DNase Ⅰ of 285 unrelated Han's individuals were typed by ultrathin layer PAGIEF. Alleles DNase Ⅰ*1 and DNase Ⅰ*2 were detected, allele frequencies of DNase Ⅰ*1 and DNase Ⅰ*2 were 0.4491 and 0.5509 respectively. The D p and P E were calculated in this paper. The application of DNase Ⅰ polymorphis in forensic individual discreminating was discussed.
