摘要
新疆油田六、九区稠油粘度(20℃脱气)达2000~100000mPa·s,密度大,属特稠油,四座集输联合站均采用热化学沉降脱水处理工艺技术。以工艺中原油加热方式为研究对象,与以前采用的螺旋板式换热器进行比较,对自动掺热这种新工艺的工作原理、运行工况、效果进行了阐述。结果表明,自动相变掺热装置较之以前的换热器更安全、更经济,自动化程度更高,换热效率更高,大大降低了生产成本。
In the sixth and ninth areas of Xinjiang oil field, the stick oil viscosity (20℃ degasifica- tions) reaches 2 000 - 100 000 mPa · s, the density is big, which is the special thick oil, in four gathering and transportation stations the thermochemistry subsidence dehydration processing technology is used, which is taken as the research object, compared with previous spiral heat exchanger, to describe the principle, operating, and the effect of automatic mixing processing. The result indicated that, automatic phase-changed heat penetration unit is safer, more economical, more automatic and higher efficient than previous one, it greatly reduced the production cost.
