摘要 井内温度是随井深而增加,最高达150℃,会使螺杆钻具的橡胶和金属膨胀,减少定、转子之间的配合值,严重影响螺杆钻具的性能。国内现有的螺杆钻具试验装置是在常温下测试其性能参数,与实际工况不符。为了模拟井内的温度场,提出2种方案,便于用试验方法研究温度对螺杆钻具性能的影响规律。方案二建立了模拟井筒,用热空气加热井筒环空,试验所得的螺杆钻具性能参数更符合实际。 In the well, the temperature increases as well goes further deeper, reaching as high as 150 ℃, which will cause expansion of screw drill tool's rubber and metal, thus reduce contact between stator and rotator. Serious influence on screw drill tool's performance happens. The domestic existing test unit only tests its performance parameter under the normal temperature, not matching actual operating condition. In order to simulate on-site well temperature, two kinds of plans are proposed to convince the study of temperature effect on screw drill tool. A well bore is stimulated and established for Plan 2, which uses hot air tO heat up well bore annulus. The obtained test result will be closer to actual operation.
