摘要
阐述生态环境预警评价的原则和标准，建立了生态环境预警的类型、生态环境预警评价的指标体系和预警模式，分阶段地对乌江流域内的39个县（市、区、特区）的生态环境作了预警评价．为流域开发和治理提供某些依据．
In mis paper, the principles and standards of eco-environmental waming assessment were discussed, and the warning types of eco-environment were also stated, meanwhile, the indexes and models of eco-environmenta waming apprisal wer established. finally the results of eco-environmental warning assessment of 39 counties (or citiies, district, special district) in Wuiang basin were showed in this paper. It will be basis for the development and hamess ofwuiang valley.
