摘要
论述了陶瓷刀具在生产实际中的应用,分析了陶瓷刀具的特点,提出了陶瓷刀具使用中刀片选用、刀具设计、切削用量的选择及注意事项等方面的技术参考,针对加工合金钢、高锰钢的产品列举了实例。根据本文的论述,可以直接将陶瓷刀具应用于金属机械加工,能够充分发挥出陶瓷刀具加工精度高、效率高的特点。
This article expounds the application of the ceramic cutting tools in the production practice and analyzes the characteristics of the tools. The technical references on selecting blades and cutting parameters, designing cutting-tools and matters needed attention about the ceramic cutters in use are put forward. Some examples about machining of the alloy steel and high manganese steel products are given. According to the discussion of the article, the ceramic cutters can be directly applied to metal machining and fully play the characteristics of high precision and high efficiency.
