A Research on the Theory and Application of Knowledge Audit

知识审计是知识管理领域的又一个新的课题，即是在组织中建立一个实质且有效的知识及知识管理评估考核的机制，以便能帮助组织了解自身知识状况并控制及定期审视、评估知识管理的执行情况，以提升组织实施知识管理的成效。在此前提下再完成知识的保存、检索、利用、分享、创新等活动，进而为企业带来更大的价值。文章首先系统介绍了知识审计的含义、研究对象、研究流程以及研究方法等相关的基础理论知识，尤其针对知识审计的方法重点进行比较和分析，并提出改进的建议，并选取了某建筑科学研究院作为对象进行实证研究，验证了所提出的知识审计方法的可行性。

Knowledge audit is a new topic in the field of knowledge management. That is to say it is critical that organizations should carry out knowledge audit to assess and measure the knowledge and the process of knowledge management within organizations. Based on knowledge audit organizations can succeed by knowledge storage, retrieval, sharing, innovation etc. The concept, research project, process and method of knowledge audit will be discussed in this research paper. Subsequently, the methods of knowledge audit are mainly analyzed in the dissertation. And some suggestion will be given to improve the methods of knowledge audit. Finally, an academy of building research is as an example to show the feasibility of the knowledge audit method.
