实现竞争情报价值过程中存在的问题及其对策—以湖南省竞争情报工作实践为例 被引量:3

摘要 本文根据湖南省竞争情报普及和示范工程的具体实践,聚焦企业层面的竞争情报工作,采用召开企业座谈会、文献资料研究、专题讨论相结合的方法,研究了实现竞争情报价值过程中存在的主要问题及其成因。研究发现,存在的问题主要体现在企业领导对竞争情报重视程度不够、企业竞争情报专业人才不足、现有的竞争情报从业者专业知识和方法技能缺乏、企业实施竞争情报的内部环境欠佳4个方面。针对存在的问题,从营造竞争情报氛围、推动企业领导大力支持竞争情报、推动政府加大对竞争情报的支持力度、依托合理的竞争情报体系培养专业竞争情报队伍4个方面提出了对策。 Base on the practice of governmental official progTam of promoting competitive intelligence (CI) to enterprises of Hunan province of China, this paper studies the problems that restrict realizing the value of CI in program through workshop, expert panel, demonstration, and desk research. The studies find out four major kinds of problems. First, decision-makers of enterprises have a incorrect assumption in CI and have not paid enough attention to CI. Second, enterprises are short of CI talents widely. Third, staff members of CI department are lack of the specialized knowledge, methods and skills generally. Fourth, enterprise' s inner favorable factors for CI are scarce. Finally, this article puts forward four kinds of strategic measures for solving these problems and realizing CI value smoothly.
