Study and Application on Interface Management of Metro Line Project Construction

以上海某轨道交通项目为例,研究轨道交通项目建设界面的管理。首先,分析了轨道交通项目建设界面管理的内容,包括组织界面、实体界面和合同界面;其次,提出了轨道交通项目界面管理的方法与工作流程;最后,初步探讨了界面管理的组织体系及各方职责。案例表明,轨道交通项目实施界面管理是有效且可行的。

Based on the analysis of construction management conditions of Shanghai metro llne, the identification of interface managment content is carried out, including the organization, physical engineering and contract. The method and procedure for interface management for metro line projects are presented and organization system and management responsibility are put forward. The result of practice is shown that the interface managment is successful and feasible.
