摘要
在对工程量清单招标通常采用的固定单价合同结算模式进行评析的基础上,提出了单价、总价双控并考虑资源价格大幅涨跌的综合合同结算模式,并对这一合同结算模式的推行提出了建议,为目前政府投资项目工程量清单招标合同结算模式的选用提供了一个参考。
The article assesses the fixed price contract settlement model which is usually taken in BOQ valuation bidding as a basis, and proposes the comprehensive contract settlement model which controls both the fixed price and the fixed total prices and takes the substantial change of resource price into account. It also makes reeommendations for carrying out the contract settlement model and provides a reference of selection of current government investment project BOQ valuation bidding contract settlement model
