摘要
于低温下在含有乙醇、乙腈、丙酮的水溶液中制备了量子尺寸TiO2超微粒子,并对其进行了UV—Vis吸收光谱、TEM、ED、红外光谱及XPS等项分析表征.结果表明:水解温度是影响粒径及其分布的重要因素.乙醇、乙腈、丙酮等小分子配体对TiO2超微粒子的生长有抑制作用.实验制备的TiO2超微离子平均粒径为23nm,具有锐钛矿型晶体结构,并表现出明显的量子尺寸效应.
The transparent colloidal solution and extremely small titanium dioxide particles in water containing ethanol,acetonitrile,propanone at low temperature is prepared.The nanometer particles are characterized by UV-V is absorption spectra.TEM,ED and IR.The results show that the particle size and its distribution are greatly affected by hydrolyzing temperature,and the growth of the particles is restrained by complexing agents such as ethanol,acetonitrile,propanone.The nanometer particles are anatase,their mean particle size is 2 3nm,and they have quantumsize effects.
