摘要
应用葡聚糖凝胶G-25从水溶液中吸附硅钼兰,应用双波长等吸收点法(λ1=804nm,λ2=420nm),消除凝胶相背景,固相灵敏度比相应的水溶液法灵敏度提高7倍,应用于高纯稀土氧化物中痕量硅的测定。
The blue species of molybdosilicic acid is absorbed by Sephadex G-25 gel from the solution.The Gel-phase background is eliminated by dualwavelength equal absorption point method (λ 1=804 nm,λ 2=420 nm).The sensitivity of solid-phase is seven times as highty as sensitivity of the corresponding solution method.It is applied to the determination of trance silicon in highly purity rare earth oxides.The analytical result is satisfactory.
