摘要
通过对中医药院校检体诊断学教学现状的分析,指出了当前检体诊断学在课时安排、教学设计和实施中存在的理论与实践的脱节、教学观念落后等方面存在的问题。针对上述问题,提出了检体诊断学的改革措施:修订教学大纲,形成以临床实践为中心环节的教学组织形式;考核模式由理论考核改为实践操作;提升检体诊断学的师资质量;以模拟病人和临床综合实验室为核心,完善检体诊断学的教学器具配置,使检体诊断学真正能达到提高临床技能的教学目的。
On an analysis of the present situation of physical diagnosis the problems are found out. The problems are practice is separated from theory, bad teaching design and backward teaching concept, on the basis of which, reform measures are put forward. The syllabus must be revised, the quality effigy of patients and laboratory brought to full play, and the teaching aids perfect. In can play an important role in improvement of education. of teachem improved, this way physical diagnosis can play an important role in improvement of education.
