Divisive index of marrow Leukocytes was studied by injecting PHA into snakes. The results of five group experiments showed that a remarkable increase was found about the divisive index of marrow Leukocyles by PHA. There was a significant difference between tested and contral groups(P<0.01). It was suggested that optimum dose was 30mg/kg～40mg/kg.
