手性拆分癸内酯的初步研究

摘要 本实验从筛选到的一株细菌出发,研究出了一条新的拆分癸内酯的方法。先以化学方法把癸内酯制成酸,用乙酸乙酯萃取后加菌体选择性酯化。实验表明,在微水相中菌体所产生的脂肪酶对癸内酯有一定的拆分作用,优先选择酯化右旋体(S型),酯转化率和产物对映体过量值分别为10.3%和65.6%。 From a filtrated bacterium, a new split way of gamma-decalactone had been found. Experimental results showed that thc combine of chemic-hydrolyzation and enzymic-esterification could split gamma-decalactone selectively. The elementary study showed the translation and enantiomeric excess were 1 0.3% and 65.6 % respectively.
