摘要
为仿制表现了上世纪90年代生活方式的某畅销品牌香水"A1",首先利用GC-MS对市售商品进行分析,并结合嗅觉评析确定了仿样香水香精的香韵、香原料及用量,并通过气味指纹分析仪对仿制香水小样与原样进行了对比测定。分析结果为:某畅销品牌香水"A1"为柑橘-花香香型。头香主要由香柠檬、甜橙和柠檬等香韵构成,另外还具有轻微的青绿香调和少量肉豆蔻的香气;体香由玫瑰、茉莉、铃兰和紫罗兰等的复合花香构成;底香由琥珀、麝香、檀香和橡苔等构成。原料香气比例大体为:9%柑橘、1%辛香、0.3%苔青、0.4%格蓬、55%花香、2%青香、3%木香和23%琥珀-麝香。
Being an innovative fragrance, the popular perfume"A1" was the emblemof the 90's. It reflects the life style of that age. This paper confirmed the notes, the materials and the amount of each by a combinatorial method of GC-MS analysis and smelling strip evaluation. The result showed, 1. it's a citrus-floral family belonging fragrance. Its top note was constituted of bergamot, sweet orange, mandarin and lemon, a slight green note with a hint of nutmeg, a complex floral odors of rose, jasmine, rnuguet and violet became body note. The base note was composed of amber, musk, sandalwood and oak-moss. 2. The ratio of each note in perfume is as citrus note 9%; spicy note 1%; moss note 0.3%; galbanum note 0.4%; floral note 55%; green note 2%; woody note 3%; amber-musk note 23%. 3. The result given by odor fingerprint analysis instrument showed that the imhated product was very similar to the sample perfume available in the market.
