摘要
我国电力设备的用户监造是改革开放的产物。经过近20年的实践,积累了比较丰富的实践经验,制订了符合国际惯例较为规范的监造行业标准,初步形成了一套适合我国国情的监造程序和方法。随着电力体制改革的深化,电力设备的用户监造工作走向市场,如何加强监造工作的行业管理,采取适应新形势的监造工作新模式,提高监造工作人员的素质,推进电力设备监造不断开拓创新,是现阶段研讨的新课题。
User supervision of electric equipment manufacturing is an outcome of reform. After nearly 20 years＇＂ practices, many experiences have been gained, and industry standards in line with international practices have also been established, preliminarily forming a set of procedures and methods suitable for China＇s conditions. As electric power system reform deepening, supervision goes to market. However, how to strengthen industry management, adopt new working modes accommodated to new situations, improve supervision practitioners＇ quality, and boost innovation, are new issues currently under study.
