广东岭澳二期核电工程质保分级管理的探讨

Discussion on Quality Assurance Classification Management in Guangdong Ling'ao Phase II Nuclear Power Project

广东岭澳核电站二期工程的建设主要引进法国核电技术及管理模式。文章阐述了广东岭澳核电站二期工程质保分级管理的意义和原则,并结合目前BOP安装自采大宗材料物项质保分级控制实践,说明了质保分级管理的运用及成效,以尽快促进其技术及管理模式的国产化。

Technology and management modes mainly imported from France are used in Guangdong Lingao Nuclear Power Station Phase Ⅱ construction. Present paper explains the significances and principles of quality assurance classification management of the project. Using the practice of bulk material self-purchasing of current BOP installation, the application and effectiveness of quality assurance classification management are explained. It is suggested that the technology and management modes should be domesticated as soon as possible.
