对双液系浓度调整提出了一种简捷的方法，用三个不同的双液系进行了实验验证，结果均令人满意．

In this paper,the karyotype and Ag-NORs of the Erhualian pig were studied by the method of peripheral blood lymphocytes culture and the technique of Ag-staining.The diploid chromosome number is 2n=38 in both sexes.The 18 pairs of autosomes can be divided into 4 groups according to their measured data.There are secondary constrictions on the short arms of No.8 and 10.In some cells the secondary constriction of No.8 can be found at both,while some show only one and some are not significant.The number and place of Ag-NORs are consistent with those of the secondary constrictions and also present polymorphism.
