大学生宿舍文化建设的探讨

探析了当前大学生宿舍文化建设存在的问题和构建宿舍主流文化的意义,提出了加强大学生宿舍文化建设的对策:(1)转变领导观念,建立工作机制;(2)加强专职宿舍管理队伍建设;(3)建立健全宿舍各项规章制度;(4)充分发挥学生骨干作用;(5)以学生为本,强化全员育人机制;(6)以活动为载体,强化活动育人。

The current status of college students＇ dormitory culture development and the significance of building mainstream dormito- ry culture are analyzed. Accordingly the countermeasures are proposed. （ 1 ） Update leadership conception and establish work system. （2） Develop management staff. （3） Perfect rules and regulations. （4） use student cadres. （5） Take students foremost and all staff participate in education. （6） Conduct education through activities.
