和胃消痞胶囊对大鼠胃电图的影响

Influence of Heweixiaopi Capsules on rat electrogastrogram

目的研究和胃消痞胶囊对大鼠胃电图的影响,探讨其作用机制。方法采用隔日禁食的方法制作大鼠胃运动功能紊乱模型,分别测量正常大鼠和造模大鼠的胃电图,分析正常胃电慢波节律百分比和主功率。结果正常大鼠和胃消痞胶囊各剂量组正常慢波节律百分比较给药前增多,主功率增加,以中剂量组最为明显,与正常对照组比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。造模大鼠模型组大鼠胃电正常慢波节律百分比较给药前明显降低(P<0.05)。结论和胃消痞胶囊可使正常大鼠正常慢波节律百分比增多;可预防饥饱失常大鼠异常胃电节律的发生。有调整胃电节律的作用,这可能是其调节胃运动功能的作用机理之一。

Objective To study the influence and mechanism of Heweixiaopi Capsules （HC） on rat electrogastrogram. Method The model of kinetic disorder of gastrointestine was established in rats by fasting every other day,and then the electrogastrogram were detected respectively in normal and the model rats. The percentage of slow wave of normal gastric electric rhythm and main power were analyzed. Result The percentage of slow wave of normal gastric electric rhythm and main power were all increased after HC administration in normal rats and the groups with different doses of HC,and those was the most significant in the group with medium-dose of HC. There was a significant difference between the group with medium-dose of HC and normal control group （P〈0.05）. The percentage of slow wave of normal gastric electric rhythm was decreased obviously in the model group after HC administration （P〈0.05）. Conclusion HC can increase the percentage of slow wave of normal gastric electric rhythm in normal rats,prevent abnormal gastric electric rhythm in rats out of normal diet. It can regulate gastric electric rhythm,which may be one of its mechanisms of regulating gastric kinetic function.
