摘要
目的观察中药预防性治疗术后阴道流血的疗效。方法将人流术后患者298例分为治疗组(给予生化汤与生化汤加促卵泡发育汤治疗)157例和对照组(仅给予生化汤)141例。疗程共10d。观察2组治疗前后的情况。结果治疗组平均出血天数为9.48d,对照组为14.31d,2组比较有显著差异(P<0.05),治疗组优于对照组。结论生化汤加促卵泡发育汤能明显缩短人流术后阴道流血时间。
Objective To observe the curative effect of preventive treatment with Chinese medicinals on vaginal bleeding after induced abortion. Method The patients （n=298） were divided into the treatment group （n=157） treated with Shenghua Decoction combined with Culuanpofayu Decoction,and the control group （n=141） treated with Shenghua Decoction only for 10 days as one treatment course. The patient conditions of two groups were observed before and after the treatment. Result The average bleeding days of the treatment group was 9.48 days and of the control group,14.31 days. There was a significant difference （P〈0.05） between two groups. Conclusion Shenghua Decoction combined with Culuanpofayu Decoction can shorten the vaginal bleeding period after induced abortion.
