摘要
本文介绍了广州医学院临床医学专业2005、2006、2007年三届临床能力简易型多站毕业考试的实施情况,并通过使用相关t、检验以及内部一致性信度等统计方法分析了多站考试的难度、区分度、信度和效度;同时,通过问卷,调查了师生的评价。结果表明,该考试能较客观、准确地评价学生的临床能力,实施简便,值得推广。
This paper has introduced the performance of the simple multiple-station examination (MSE) of clinical ability of Guangzhou Medical College and analyzed the difficulty, distinction, reliability and validity of the simple MSE by adopting statistical methods, such as Pearson, T-tests, internal consistency reliability etc. Furthermore, it has surveyed the evaluation of the examination of teachers and students through the questionnaires. The result indicates that simple MSE is worth popularizing because it can appraise students' clinical ability objectively, accurately and conveniently.
