当前儿科临床见习中存在的问题及对策

The problems and strategy currently existing in the clinical demonstration of pediatrics

目的:总结目前儿科临床见习中存在的问题,并提出相应对策。方法:通过临床带教和学生问卷调查。结果:目前儿科临床见习面临许多新的问题,如病源不足、部分带教教师及学生对临床见习不重视、教学方法单一等。结论:针对目前儿科临床见习所面临的问题,应探索新的、更为有效的教学方法,提高儿科临床见习质量。

Objective：To summarize the problems currently existing in clinical demonstration for the intern students in pediatrics and give the possible methods to solve the problems. Methods：Through clinical teaching and questionnaire to students. Results：There are many emerging problems in the clinical demonstration of pediatrics such as lacking of patients; paying no attention to the clinical demonstration for some teachers and students; lacking of variety of teaching methods. Conclusion：New and more effective teaching methods should be explored to deal with these problems in order to improve the quality of clinical demonstration in pediatrics.
