医学生临床穿刺技能培训的探讨

Discussion on the training of clinical puncture skills of medical students

穿刺操作是每个医学生必须掌握的基本技能。近几年我院通过对穿刺技能的教学进行改革与探索,取得了良好的教学效果。教学方法的改革包括:对操作流程进行再造,模拟操作→实际操作的反复练习,对实习医生进行医疗安全的教育、培养他们与患者的沟通能力。

The clinical puncture skills are the elementary technical skills for every medical student. In recent years, reforms have been carried out on teaching method of the training of clinical puncture skills in our hospital and we have achieved satisfactory teaching effect. These reform measures include reforming of operating flow, repeated training from simulative training to clinical practice, educating the medics＇consiousness of medical safety and cultivating their competence of communication with patients.
